More than 2.9 thousand Ukrainians expressed a desire to join the personnel reserve of civil servants in the de-occupied territories.

So far, 2,721 people have already been successfully enrolled in the personnel reserve. The majority of candidates are men — 56%, or 1,621 submitted questionnaires. Women sent 1,314 questionnaires (44%).
According to the regional priority, candidates prefer to work in Crimea and Sevastopol (75.5%), as well as in Donetsk (26.1%), Kherson (22.5%), Zaporizhia (22.3%) and Mykolaiv (17. 1%) regions.
Among the proposed areas of work, candidates most often choose administrative management (49.7%), state supervision and control (33.5%), administration and provision of public services (23.2%), prevention of corruption (20.1%), personnel management (18.6%).
