Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said that Europe will not be able to independently finance Ukraine’s defense against a Russian invasion if the US ends support during the next presidency of Donald Trump.
This is reported by Bloomberg with reference to Orban’s words on public radio.
According to Orban, the recent events allegedly “confirmed the conclusions” of his July “diplomatic mission” to Kyiv, Moscow and Beijing and showed that Ukraine will lose the war.
“The Americans will get out of this war… Europe cannot finance this war on its own,” he emphasized.
