The investigators of the Haysin police charged the woman with corrupting her minor daughter and distributing pornography with her participation.
By information of the Main Department of the National Police of the Vinnytsia region, the suspect was detained during the investigation, during which pornographic materials were seized from her mobile phone. The woman is charged in several cases related to the production and distribution of child pornography.
Under the procedural guidance of the Haysin District Prosecutor’s Office, the investigators informed the detainee of suspicion under part 4 of Art. 301-1 (production, distribution, child pornography with coercion of a minor to participate in the creation of child pornography) and part 2 of Art. 156 (perpetration of lewd acts against a minor committed by a family member) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Investigative actions take place under the procedural guidance of the Haysin District Prosecutor’s Office. The court has already made a decision to keep the suspect in custody with the possibility of posting bail.
