The Odesa police have exposed a man who set up an illegal scheme to “help” citizens avoid mobilization.

The attacker, a 44-year-old native of Dnipropetrovsk region, now a resident of Odesa, offered those willing to “solve the issue” with a military record for a lot of money.
He wanted to receive 5,500 US dollars for assistance in his dismissal from service and fictitious employment in the Security Service of Ukraine as a “freelance agent”.
Dilok assured that he has supposedly influential acquaintances who can “facilitate” the preparation of relevant documents.
In order to speed up the receipt of funds, he put pressure on a potential “client” and even threatened to inform the territorial procurement center about evasion of mobilization in case of refusal. Such behavior aroused suspicion, and the law enforcement officers decided to expose the man.
The arrest operation was carried out by the National Police. The swindler was caught simply while receiving part of the money – he did not have time to hide the bills, which have now become material evidence in the case.
After the arrest, law enforcement officers conducted a search and seized all materials that could confirm his criminal activity.
