Law enforcement officers exposed a 48-year-old resident of Boryspil, who established contact with minors on social networks, forced them to participate in the creation of pornographic materials and distributed these files on the Internet.
According to the report of the police of the Kyiv region, during the pre-trial investigation, it was established that during 2021, the man, using social networks, produced photo and video materials of pornographic content with the participation of children.
The man distributed the prepared files via the Internet and forced children to participate in the creation of new materials, using psychological pressure and threats.
The investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Boryspil District Prosecutor’s Office, informed the defendant of the suspicion based on the following facts:
- Production and distribution of child pornography (Part 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
- Committing lewd acts against minors (Part 2 of Article 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Meanwhile, two law enforcement officers from the Ivano-Frankivsk region, who demanded a thousand dollars for closing the criminal proceedings against the model of the OnlyFans platform, have been dismissed from service.
A petition to decriminalize pornography and activities on platforms like OnlyFans has collected 25,000 votes, necessary for consideration at the level of state leadership.
