In Lutsk, the court fined a 66-year-old pensioner who set up a place of debauchery in his own apartment.
This is stated in the verdict of the Lutsk City and District Court, Volyn News reports.
According to the case file, from April to August 2025 Andriy A. kept places of debauchery in his apartment. There, men and women could satisfy their sexual needs. During the search, the police seized intimate toys, condoms and women’s underwear. Also, the man himself looked for customers and brought them to the apartment.
The act was classified under Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (creating and maintaining places of debauchery). At the court hearing, the accused admitted his guilt.
The pensioner is being charged with a crime for the first time, has a mediocre character, has a minor child to support, so the court only imposed a fine of 17,000 hryvnias. He will pay another 5,348 hryvnias for conducting examinations to the brothel.
