The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but it was not possible to save him. The police of the Kirovohrad region informed about this at the request of the Ukrinform correspondent.
On December 13, in the village of Novy Starodub of the Oleksandriysk district, a man tried to escape from the employees of the TCC on a self-made electric scooter. While driving, he drove to the side of the road, crashed into a metal fence and fell. The victim was hospitalized with serious injuries, he was in a coma.
The TCC emphasized that the military “took all possible measures to provide assistance and prevent a threat to the life and health of a citizen” and did not commit any intentional illegal actions. Local residents reported on social networks that the victim was Oleksandr Chvalko, a resident of Novy Starodub village.
The law enforcement officers are currently establishing all the circumstances of the accident in order to find out the exact cause and mechanism of the event.
