A member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Fedor Venislavsky has commented on the preparation of the list of objects that Russia should not attack in the event of a temporary ceasefire.

In a comment to Public Venislavsky, he stressed that the possible transfer of Russia’s list of Ukrainian infrastructure is not a threat, since the Russian Federation knows about most of them.

According to him, it is about verifying the observance of the ceasefire. If you do not identify the list of objects that both parties are obliged not to attack, it will be difficult to understand whether the truce is broken, he explained.

“Our infrastructure objects are definitely not a secret for Russia, as well as their objects are not a secret for us,” he said, adding that those objects that are really secret will not be revealed.

Venislavsky stressed that the issue of the list of objects arose through a different interpretation of agreements between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.

“Your questions are the result of a dual understanding of the arrangement that has been reached between Putin and Trump. If you look at Russian and American statements, the Russians pay attention only to the objects of energy, and Trump in their statements and posts says that it was generally about infrastructure, that is, transport, gas, energy infrastructure, and health care, ”he said.

Venislavsky emphasized that it is necessary to determine which objects cannot be attacked and to exchange these lists.

“If not done, Russia may say that some objects simply did not enter the list and therefore could be attacked,” the deputy explained.

The 30-day ceasefire initiative was offered by US representatives during negotiations with Ukraine in Jedda in Saudi Arabia on March 11. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine is ready for a temporary truce if the Russian Federation agrees.

On March 13, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that Russia agrees to the proposal to terminate the fighting, but this, according to him, should lead to “long -term peace” and “eliminate the cause of the crisis”.

US President Donald Trump, commenting on a dictator’s statement, called Putin’s response “promising” but incomplete. “

In his turn, Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that such an answer is manipulative and testifies to the preparation of Putin’s refusal to stop fire.

During a conversation with Donald Trump, dictator Putin disagreed on March 18, did not agree to a comprehensive ceasefire. Kremlin’s head stated that for a 30-day The truce ”must be stopped by mobilization in Ukraine and re -equipment of the Armed Forces. He also demanded complete termination of foreign military assistance and providing intelligence information to Kiev. “

At the same time, during the conversation, the dictator allegedly agreed to stop the blows on “energy infrastructure”, while the United States filed this idea as a moratorium on attacks on “energy and infrastructure”.

On March 20, Zelensky stated that he spoke with Trump about the termination of attacks on energy infrastructure and other civilian infrastructure. The United States agreed with dictator Putin.
