In the audio recordings, the judge says in Russian: “I help, and if I get a little for it, that’s not bad, it’s normal.” Later he asks: “And for bread? What do you have to do with it?”.
At the end of the phrase “collect money” they turn into an agreement to meet on Tuesday – immediately after that he was detained on the street.
According to the investigation, the judge of the Volovetskyi District Court promised to remove the seizure from the lot of wood for $1,300. During the transfer of the bribe, he was taken with the full amount in the act.
