In the Podilskyi district of Odessa region, a 41-year-old driver of a Lexus-GS300 car, being intoxicated, crashed into a tree. As a result of an accident, one person was killed, two more were injured, reports SUNP of the Odessa region.
The dead is a 45-year-old car passenger. The victim was the driver, a 46-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man who were hospitalized by an ambulance with various bodily injuries.
The driver was tested for intoxication – he was drunk. He was informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 286-1 of the CCU (drunken transportation, which caused the death of the victim).
A number of judicial examinations were assigned as part of the investigation, and the vehicle was placed on the arresting site.
We will remind, the police of the Kiev region are investigating a deadly road accident, which happened on July 24 at about 23:30 in the village of Claudiev-Tarasovo. A 40-year-old pedestrian was killed as a result of the accident.
The State Bureau of Investigation has reported suspicion to three staff of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine in connection with road accidents, which led to serious injuries to the victims.
