According to him, the deposit was made by third parties on December 12 in the afternoon. He did not specify who exactly. Skorokhod herself previously stated in court that she did not have such money.
According to the lawyer, the deputy is currently in Kyiv with an electronic bracelet. Burgela said that he has already appealed the preventive measure: the defense is asking the court to reduce the amount of the bail and remove the means of control.
“We understand that the bail will remain, because the pre-trial investigation is ongoing, but we will ask to reduce the amount. We also don’t see the point in an electronic bracelet: as a People’s Deputy, Skorokhod is not restricted in her movement in Ukraine,” said the defender.
We will remind that on December 9, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of more than three million hryvnias for deputy Anna Skorokhod.
Nardepka Anna Skorokhod is suspected of extorting a quarter of a million dollars.
Walker appeared for questioning at NABU in the case of incitement to bribery.
