Finished products from the plant were sold under the guise of a solvent to other companies, which used it for the production of low-quality fuel. Excise tax was not paid to the budget during these operations.
BEB detectives searched the factory and seized about 120 tons of finished excise goods and financial and business documents. The estimated value of the seized is UAH 4 million.
