“Almost all, 99%, of those who take place by the HCP are recognized as suitable for military service. This indicates that earlier the category “limited suitable” was often used as a loophole for abuse to avoid urgent service or to be unusable at all, “Venislavsky explained.
In total, 50% of the re -inspected were given a suitability for service without restrictions, and about half – are suitable with restrictions, that is, they can be credited to the securing parts or rear units, to the CCC and JV and others service, the deputy added.
The number of complaints about the decision of the VLK is currently minimal after the inspection, Venislavsky said.

Venislavsky stressed that the decision to eliminate the category “restricted” allowed to significantly update the records of the military and reduce the number of abuse.
Earlier, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense Dmitry Lazutkin said that the Defense Ministry is not considering the extension of the VLK for limited ones in the Ministry of Defense. By June 5, they must re-pass the Military Medical Commission.
