In January-February 2025, 3186 citizens of Ukraine reported on the income received last year in the amount of more than 1 million UAH.

The total amount of their declared income is UAH 21.8 billion. They will pay 269.6 million UAH of personal income tax and UAH 44.6 million.
According to the DPS, the youngest millionaire is 3.5 years. His authorized person has declared income in the form of inheritance (receiving as a gift) of property not from family members of the first and second degree of kinship.
The oldest millionaire is the 96-year-old resident of Kiev, who declared income from the alienation of securities.
In just two months of this year, citizens have filed more than 44,000 declarations, which have declared income in the amount of UAH 36.2 billion. This is 62% or UAH 13.9 billion more than in the same period last year.
