The corresponding changes were approved today by the resolution “On some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on certain issues of military accounting and conscription of citizens during mobilization”.
The Defense Ministry emphasizes that the new rules aim to optimize accounting processes and conscription, taking into account the current needs of the country’s defense.
The adopted document sets a number of key changes:
- Automatic military registration for women with medical education: women who have received medical education will now automatically take military registration without their personal presence. This is designed to simplify the procedure and ensure the relevance of the data.
- Sending the narratives with registered letters: The summons will now be sent by registered letters with a description of the attachment and a notification of delivery to the residence of the military. This should provide confirmation of the fact of sending and receiving the summons.
- The assignment of the rank of “soldier (sailor)” without calling to the CCC: persons who have reached the age of 25 and did not pass military service or basic general military training will be assigned the military rank of “soldier (sailor)” at the same time as admission to military accounting. This will happen without their call to the CCC and JV.
- Formation of lists through the Oberig System: To organize the sending of teams during the call to military service will use roll -call lists formed by the means of the Oberig system. This will enhance the digitalization and efficiency of the process.

At the same time, about 1.5 million men have not yet updated their military accounting data.
We will remind, earlier President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a proposal to the Verkhovna Rada to continue martial law and mobilization for 90 days.
The Defense Committee on 16 times approved the continuation of martial law and general mobilization.
