Zelenskyi also noted that from November 18, the opportunity to apply for assistance through the Ukrposhta branch will be available.
The government has launched the “Winter Support” program, within which all citizens of Ukraine who are in the controlled territory, will be able to receive a one-time payment in the amount of UAH 1,000.
