The man works as a department head and deputy head in the Main Department of the State Tax Service of Lviv Oblast. In position since 2015.
Andriy Valeriyovych lives in Lviv with his family. He has a wife, Oksana Stefanivna Moiseyenko. She is an ex chief state inspector in the State Department of State Police of Lviv Oblast. Worked until mid-August 2022. Currently works at Ukrposhta.
The couple is raising two sons, Vladyslav Andriyovych and Dmytro Andriyovych Moiseyenko (both studying at the Lviv Polytechnic) and a daughter, Daria Andriyivna Moiseyenko.

Vladyslav Andriyovych (son of a tax official) also received a 24,000 UAH scholarship from the Lviv Polytechnic. And also – UAH 261 as a gift from “Globallogic Ukraine” LLC and UAH 136,084 as a fee from “Alliance Digital” LLC.
According to the YouControl portal, the company was registered in Kyiv on August 15, 2023. Main activity – consulting on informatization issues. The company is also involved in duplicating sound, video recordings and software; installation and installation of machines and equipment; retail trade of computers, peripheral equipment and software in specialized stores.
