In Ukraine, investigations in mobilization violations are ongoing: 17 criminal proceedings have been opened on the facts of abuse of power and the use of force.
This was reported by the Acting Commander of the Land Forces Alexander Hrzevich during a meeting of the Provisional Investigation Commission of the Verkhovna Rada.
“It is about abuse of power, not a bribe. When criminal cases are completed, the perpetrators will be held accountable according to their results. Within the limits of our powers, we are already responding – officials either remove from positions or send to the army, ”Hrzevich emphasized.
According to him, 136 officers have already been replaced and sent to the war zone. Another 325 servicemen from the ordinary and sergeant were also sent to the front.
V.O. The commander specified that the rotation process is ongoing, and soon to the troops will send other officials who violated the rules of the law during mobilization measures.
