Allegedly photographs upset Trump”, – WRITE: Sport.ua

A public conflict has recently occurred between the Presidents of Ukraine and the US Vladimir Zelensky and Donald Trump.

It is known that Zelensky brought to the White House the champion belt of boxer Alexander Usik, but did not have time to give it. First, the President of Ukraine began to show Trump photographs of Ukrainian captives after Russian captivity.

Well -known journalist Simon Shuster, who wrote an article on events in the oval office, believed that the conflict could be avoided if Zelensky publicly presented Usik’s belt and then showed photos.

“It was a folder with a series of heavy photos of Ukrainian prisoners of war after being in Russian captivity. Some of their bodies were terribly exhausted. Others had traces of torture.

“These are heavy things,” Trump said with a lead expression, flipping through the photo. Shuster writes that this moment could be exactly when the meeting “went wrong.”

“If Zelensky suggested a champion belt [українського боксера Олександра Усика]this gesture could improve your mood. The photos had the opposite effect, ”Shuster said: they say, it made Trump alert,” he was accused of suffering from the military. ”

However, Zelensky does not regret to present these photos, writes the journalist.

In the same material, the journalist reports that there is no accurate information where the belt, which Zelensky left in the White House, has now gone.
