WBC hails Fury's return: 'Hopefully it's for a long time'

The president of the WBC Mauricio Suleiman hopes that Tyson Fury not only returned to boxing, but will hold many more fights and please the fans for a long time.

“Tyson never had serious injuries after fights. He always gets himself back in shape, always focused on the fight and on boxing.”

“And I think and hope that Fury returns to boxing for a long time,” Suleiman said.

Fury ended his career a year ago after two defeats against Oleksandr Usyk, but this week he announced his return – a fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov will take place on April 11.
