IBF world champion Daniel Dubois attended the press conference. Usyk and Dubois met after the press conference and showed mutual respect. The champions embraced each other and shook hands.
In 2023, Dubois lost by knockout to Usyk in the 9th round. In the 5th round, Dubois openly punched below the belt, and Usyk came to his senses for a long time.
