Victory for Ukraine. Abdurayimov successfully started at the World Cup

On September 4, the First World Boxing World Boxing (WB) World Championships started in English Liverpool. Participants compete at the Liverpool Arena stadium and will play medals in 20 weight categories among men and women within 11 days.

The first match in the tournament was spent by Ukrainian boxer Aider Abduraiimovwhich performs in the weight category up to 60 kg. He went out to the ring against Welsha Harris-Allen and won a difficult victory with a score of 3: 2.

Thanks to this success, the Aider won a ticket to the 1/16 finals, where he measured with South Koreitz Jeng Dongvng. The match of this stage will take place on September 6.

Abduraiimov is a participant in the Olympic Games 2024 and a master of sports of Ukraine of international class. He participated in the youth championships of Europe 2017 (silver), 2018 (bronze), 2020 (silver), 2021 (gold), 2022 (gold).
