His compatriot, former champion in three weight divisions Vasyl Lomachenko (18-3, 12 KO), ranked eighth.
The rating was topped by the legendary American undefeated boxer, the holder of titles in five categories, Floyd Mayweather (50-0, 27 KO), whom the editors recognized as the absolute number one of the era.
