On July 12, there will be a fight for the title of absolute champion of the world in a heavyweight weight – the Ukrainian will meet the Ukrainian Alexander Usik (23-0, 14 KO) and British Daniel Duba (22-2, 21 KOs).

On the eve of this confrontation, the famous Ukrainian coach, ex-world champion Vyacheslav Senchenko shared his opinion about the future match:

– Alexander Usyk recently stated that he wanted to have two duels and finish his career. Do you think he can keep his belts?

– I think he will be able to keep his belts. He may aim to go indiscriminately, because it has not been possible. Obviously, he will spend 1-2 battles, again become an absolute champion and complete his career.

– What is your forecast for a possible battle between Usik and Duba?

– Well, of course I think that Alexander will win. I think the British became a little better, but not so as to defeat Usik and I am sure that Sashko will understand him again.

– In addition to Duba, the Ukrainian also called Joseph Parker. Will the Australian have no chance of fighting against Alexander?

– It is difficult to say, this is a super -wealth category and here all the guys with a blow. I think Usik will still understand Parker, but everything is possible and I would not say that Parker will not have a chance at all, – said Senchenko.

Usik spent the last match in December last year-in Riyadh, the British Tyson Fury has unanimous judges’ decisions. In September 2024, Duba knocked down Anthony Joshua in the fifth round of Anthony Joshua.
