World Champion in the WBC, WBO and WBA Versions Alexander Usik (23-0, 14 KO) will go to the ring against the British boxer Daniel Duba (22-2, 21 KOs). The battle will take place on July 19 in London at the legendary Wembley stadium.
After the official announcement of the future duel, the Ukrainian boxer answered the question of what he would do after his career has completed:
“Even when my career is over, I will always do boxing and train. I need to maintain my body in shape and be strong. For 23 years I have been working only on boxing, I no longer do football, judo or some other sport, ”Usik admitted.
The last Ukrainian boxer went to the ring against British Tyson Fury in December last year. The rivals held a revenge in which Usyk was stronger – the judges recorded Alexander’s unanimous victory (UD 12).
