Two Ukrainian boxers made their way to the Quarter Finals Grand Prix in Riyadh

On June 20, the 1/4 finals took place Grand Prix of the World Boxing Council (WBC), which takes place in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

Three medium -weight boxers (up to 72.6 kg) continued the struggle for entering the next round, two of which were able to win.

Peter Frolov (11–1, 4 KO) proved to be stronger than Mexican Saul Morales (15–1–1, 14 KO). In the first round, the opponents took one another to the knockdown.

The Ukrainian more often reported his blows to the Mexican head and moved well on his feet. In the third 3-minute, Frolov’s rival again found himself in Kanwas. According to the results of six rounds, the judges recorded the victory of Frolov.

Dmitry Rybalko (4–0–1, 2 KO) stopped Mohammed Issa (10–0, 9 KO) from Jordan, who was considered one of the most technical boxers of the tournament.

The Ukrainian tied the power box and trimmed the opponent strongly – he looked very tired and slow. Fisherman’s victory is confident in the results of six rounds.

Maxim Mivan (8-0, 5 KO) failed to break the resistance of Frenchman Efrem Barico (11–0, 6 KO).
