According to police, the ex-champion will be taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility in Miami. Davis is charged with allegedly assaulting a woman on October 27, 2025, causing her physical injury and threats.
“The victim stated that the suspect grabbed her hair with one hand and her throat with the other. During the incident, Davis allegedly said, “You think I’m not going to find you?” Detective Gary Florencio said.
The woman, whose name was withheld in the documents, told police she had known Davis since 2022 and had been in a relationship with him for five months.
