Magazine The Ring published an updated ranking of the best boxers regardless of weight category. WBC, WBA and IBF champion Oleksandr Usyk climbed to the first step after Terence Crawford retired.

The second step is now occupied by Naoya Inoue, the absolute world champion in the second lightest weight. The bronze position is held by the American Jesse Rodriguez.
