The Italian Supervisor destroyed the opponent, won the title and summoned Joshua

On the night of October 12 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia (USA), a boxing evening from the British promoter Eddie Hirna and his company Matchroom Boxing took place.

In one of the duels of the card there was an interesting and entertaining match in the heavyweight weight (more than 90.7 kg) – the Italian met in the ring Guido Vanello (13–3–1, 11 KOs) and Canada representative Alexis Barrier (12–0, 10).

From the first seconds, Vanelel seized control in the center of the ring – he worked slowly the first number, cramped the opponent to the ropes, using a beautiful combination box. Periodically worried the Canadian unpleasant blows on the body.

Barrier relied on counterattack, fired from a long distance, punched crosses and counter -houses, moved perfectly on his feet. Gradually, the Italian increased his advantage, constantly initiating spectacular variations. In one of the episodes, Alexisis found himself in Kansava, but managed to continue the fight.

As it turned out, Barrier did not have time to recover and in the fifth round flew into the knockout. The referee recorded Guido’s victory, but the Canadian could not come to his senses for a long time and continued to sit at the fifth point.

Vanello won the WBC Continental vacant title, which will allow the Italian to improve his position in the world ratings. After a bright triumph, Guido summoned Anthony Joshua’s former World Champion.
