A former world champion, and now a British commentator and analyst Tony Bellew opined on the priority opponent for current IBF heavyweight belt holder Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) after his win over Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs).
“Daniel Dubois should fight Joseph Parker in the next fight. Joseph is the guy who deserves it the most. But I’m not taking anything away from Dubois. Now he is the world champion,” said Bellew, who lost to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in his last fight in the fall of 2018, in an interview with the iFL TV YouTube channel.
As you know, on the night of September 22 in London, Dubois won against Joshua by knockout in the fifth round.
