Former world champion in the first welterweight according to the WBC version Victor Postol (31–5, 23 KOs) will fight in Kyiv.
The last time the Ukrainian fought was a year and a half ago. This was announced by the head of the Spartabox Faniian Promotions promotion company Ihor Faniyan. The event will take place on January 25, 2025 at the Palace of Sports in Kyiv.
In the main fight of the boxing evening, the WBO Global welterweight title holder Aram Faniyan (25-2, 6 KOs) will perform. Opponents of Postol and Fanian will be announced later.
Postol’s last fight was on July 15, 2023 – he lost by knockout in the seventh round to the representative of the Dominican Republic, Elvis Rodriguez.
