Bronze medalist of the World and European Championships Dmytro Zamotaev ended his career in boxing.
This was announced by the president of the Boxing Federation of Ukraine Oleg Ilchenko.
“Zamotaev will not perform again – he is a powerful guy, he fought well. A very good, powerful boxer, a strong specialist. As far as I understand, he will be doing something else,” Ilchenko said.
Dmytro Zamotaev became the European champion among young men (2013), he has bronze awards at the World Championship (2015), European Games (2015) and twice at the European Championship (2017, 2022). The boxer also won seven times at the championship of Ukraine in weight up to 49 kg.
