The WBC lightweight world champion is an American Shakur Stevenson named the condition under which the British Tyson Fury will defeat the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk in the rematch:
“Usyk is one of the greatest boxers I’ve ever seen, but if Tyson Fury is at his best and ready to fight, I’ll pick him.”
On the night of May 19, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) won the title of absolute world champion in the heavyweight division in a fight against the British Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs). Usyk defeated Fury by split decision: Usyk 115-112, Fury 114-113, Usyk 114-113. The rematch will take place on December 21.
