Serano for the third time hunts Taylor. Twice it did not work out

On July 11 in New York, the United States, the finale of the trilogy will take place between the world champions 36-year-old Amanda Serrano (47–3–1, 31 KO) with Puerto Rico and 39-year-old Katie Taylor (24–1, 6 KO) from Ireland. In both previous meetings there were questions about judges’ decisions. Serrano really did a lot to win Taylor and Serrano first met in 2022 in the Madison Square Arena in New York. At that time it was the largest match among women in boxing. The full arena of fans and the top battle only complemented each other.

It was really close. 10 rounds of girls were exchanging, without worrying for their physical condition either their rival. And later the judge made a decision in favor of the Irish. Two side were won Taylor 97-93 and 96-93, and the third – the victory of Serrano 96-94.

They won everyone around, and not just are considered the leaders. The trilogy can place dots over “i”, but in fact will not answer who is stronger. Is it knocked out. And so, even Serrano’s victory will not bring her unambiguous leadership, because she lost twice.
