Promoter Eddie Hearn will be happy if Tyson Fury returns to the ring a year after retiring from boxing, and believes that the heavyweight can still prove himself in the sport.
“We’ll see if Fury can come back after the break. I’m glad he’s ready to box again. I think Tyson is a great boxer, and two fairly close losses to Usyk don’t mean you’re done,” said Hearn.
Fury previously announced that he wants to have one or two fights in 2026.
At the same time, the Briton, who lost twice to Oleksandr Usyk, is not yet planning a trilogy with the Ukrainian.
