The athlete in his amateur career became an Olympic champion (2024), the World Champion (2017) and Europe (2017), and is a honored master of sports of Ukraine. Earlier he performed in the World WSB Boxing League as part of the Ukrainian Ataman.
At Gala-Vechori from the Boxing Federation, Khizhnyak also reported that he had taken a small pause and miss the Ukrainian Championship, which will start on March 9 in Odessa.
Alexander will continue in 2025 to perform in amateurs and still thinks about the transition to professional sports – the boxer became part of the national team.
