Olympiad winner from Ukraine will return to the ring after a three -year break

Invincible Ukrainian boxer Taras Shelestyuk (19-0–1, 13 KOs), which is the Bronze medalist of the Olympic Games (2012), announced its return to the professional ring.

“Hi guys, how are you doing? I will return to the ring in May. It was supposed to fight in January, but my opponent was injured in a motorcycle accident 5 days before the duel. Therefore, everything is transferred. I can’t wait for my return, ”the boxer said on social networks.

Shelestyuk planned to fight on January 30 in Canada, but his rival Christian Havier Ayal (13–2–1, 4 KOs) from Argentina refused to enter the ring due to injury.

In his professional career, the Ukrainian won 19 wins, another fight ended in a draw. The last time Taras performed in March 22 – the Ukrainian failed to overcome the representative of Venezuela Gabriel Maestre (SD 10).
