The Top Rank promotion company announced a match between a Ukrainian and an American boxer Keyshawn Daviswho had 12 fights in the professional ring, won all of them and ended 8 fights prematurely.
The fight will take place on February 14, 2025 in New York, USA, at the legendary Madison Square Garden arena.
For Denys, this will be the first defense of the WBO title, which he won in May 2024, defeating Mexican Emanuel Navarrete by split decision.
For Berinchyk, this will be the 20th fight in the professional ring. Denys won all of his past 19 fights, with 9 knockouts.
