“Bohdan Myronets was disqualified after a fight with the Argentine Vergara”, — write: sport.ua
On November 28, the Ukrainian fought in Kaunas, Lithuania, at the Zalgiris Arena. In the second round, Bohdan hit his opponent in the back of the head, after which the Argentine fell to the canvas and grabbed his head.
Instead of a warning, the judge decided to disqualify the representative of Ukraine. “The appeal was accepted, the result of the last fight was canceled. Thank you all for your support,” Myronets wrote.
The Ukrainian heavyweight had 11 fights in the professional ring, in which he won ten victories (five of them by knockout). Bohdan suffered his only defeat back in 2021 against the Frenchman David Spielmont, but since then he has a streak of seven successful fights.
Last December, Myronets became the author of a loud sensation, defeating previously unbeaten Cuban Jose Larduet.
