On February 14, a boxing night will be held in New York (USA), the main event of which will be the lightweight title fight (up to 61.2 kg). The undefeated WBO champion will meet in the ring Denys Berinchyk (12–0, 8 KOs, Ukraine) and contender Keyshawn Davis (12–0, 8 KOs, USA). 
On the eve of the promotion company Top Rank, which organizes this show, announced all the matches of the undercard.
Heavyweight prospect Jared Anderson (17–1, 15 KOs, USA) will return from a surprise loss to Martin Bakole, this time taking on Marios Kollias (12–3–1, 10 KOs, Greece). Spectators will see the fight of Nico Ali Walsh (10-1, 5 KOs) – the grandson of the legendary Muhammad Ali – the opponent will be announced later.
