On December 21, Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) hosted a big evening of boxing, the main event of which was a super heavyweight rematch.

A Ukrainian boxer met in the ring Oleksandr Usyk (22–0, 14 KO) and British Tyson Fury (34–1–1, 24 KOs).

It was a rematch for the WBC, WBA, WBO (as well as IBO) world heavyweight titles. Oleksandr Usyk managed to defend his titles, winning by a unanimous decision of the judges – 116:112 (three times).

American mixed martial artist Dillon Denis commented on the rematch between Usyk and Fury:

“What’s the point in boxing if Demetrius Johnson (ex-UFC champion) can knock down Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk and strangle them in less than a minute in a real fight?” Denis wrote on his social networks.

In reality, what’s the point of boxing when Demetrious Johnson could take down Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk and strangle them in under a minute in a real fight?
