Legendary British boxer Lennox Lewis spoke about a possible match between WBC, WBA and IBF world champion Oleksandr Usyk and former WBC title holder Deontay Wilder.
The ex-absolute heavyweight champion emphasized that this fight is of great interest to fans all over the world. According to him, the confrontation between the Ukrainian and the American is exactly the match that the boxing community is waiting for.
“Everyone wants to see this fight. I’m interested,” Lewis said briefly.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career. The boxer recently made the WBO title vacant and lost the status of absolute world champion.
