Kupyansk died a fighter who was the world champion in 2021

On September 5, 2025, a Kickboxing Champion, a special purpose fighter Denis Furtas (call sign truck), was killed in Kupjansk in Kupyansk in Kharkiv region. He was only 23 years old.

Denis Furtas was born on August 3, 2002 in Kharkiv. From 2020 to 2024 he studied at the educational and scientific institute №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

From childhood, Denis has been engaged in kickboxing at Kharkiv Children’s and Youth School # 6 in coach Dmitry Konstantinov. He was a master of sports of Ukraine in kickboxing, the world champion in French boxing Savat and kickboxing among adults and juniors, repeatedly won prizes in the championships of Europe and the world.
