Former unified world champion in the heavyweight division Anthony Joshua after a surprise defeat by the owner of the IBF belt Daniel DuBois spoke about his plans, confirming his desire to leave professional boxing.
“I know we didn’t have enough to win, but we have to look at all the positive sides. This is the mindset and perspective we must have. Always on the positive side. Look at what we’ve achieved in 11 years – it’s phenomenal and I want to thank everyone involved. A real roller coaster,” Joshua said, among other things, in a video message on his Instagram story.
