JOSEPH PARKER: “What was DuBois thinking when he challenged Usyk to battle?”

On February 22, a super heavyweight fight will take place in Riyadh – the IBF world champion Daniel Dubois will meet with by Joseph Parker. A press conference was held the day before, at which the boxers discussed a potential match between the Briton and Oleksandr Usyk:

Driving: “After the fight between Usyk and Fury, Dubois entered the ring and challenged Alexander to a fight, although he already had a fight with you planned (turns to Parker – note) What were you thinking at that moment?

Parker: “Better ask him. What was he thinking when he called Usyk to battle?”

Driving: “Daniel, what was in your head when you called Usyk, even though you have a fight with Parker planned? Joseph wants to know.”

Dubois: “I’m doing all this to create a buzz, it’s a business. This is the fight I want next. But first you have to defeat Parker.”

Driving: “Did you just want to make noise? Aren’t you underestimating Joseph?”

Dubois: “No. I will destroy him first, and then I will meet with Usyk. Bring them.”

Parker: “Perhaps he is looking too far ahead. Planning big fights, but he already has a fight scheduled.”
