Up-and-coming heavyweight Moses Itauma backs Jake Paul’s success story, but doubts the American can defeat Anthony Joshua.
Earlier it was reported that Itauma trains with Joshua and is not going to fight with his compatriot.
“I cannot hate a person who has achieved this. Paul conquered this life, conquered the Internet and now he is trying to conquer boxing. Although I don’t think it will be as easy for him as he imagined.”
“I’ll back him against Joshua, but I don’t see how he can beat him. However, I am on the side of the underdog,” Itauma said.
The Paul-Joshua fight will take place on December 19 in Miami.
