In a statement, the New York State Sports Commission reported that due to technical problems during the round, it was not possible to review the contradictory situation, so the decision of the referee did not count the knockdown in force:

“During the round, which is discussed, after the commission’s request for the video relevant, there was a technical problem that did not allow it to get it at the allotted time for viewing. Therefore, the decision of the referee in the ring was made, and the battle continued, ”the statement said.

“If you kneel and the referee starts the countdown, it should be a knockdown. If it is a knockdown, then I won, ”the roach said after a scandalous battle.
