Father of former heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury John spoke sharply about a possible fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Deontay Wilder.
“Of course, anything can happen in boxing. But Wilder – Usyk? Deontay has no chance. I would hate to see this one. There are much better rivals. Does Usyk want to fight Wordley? I say no, because he knows the danger. Does he want to fight Kabayel? I say no. They know the possibilities. They’re getting older, and these young guys can beat anybody,” Fury said.
Earlier, the star British super heavyweight Moses Itauma spoke about a possible match against the WBA, WBC and IBF world champion Oleksandr Usyk. The young boxer drew attention to the Ukrainian’s age and his path in the heavyweight division.
