Frank Warren accused Usyk of refusing to fight the British boxer

Wordley wanted to compete with Alexander”, — write: sport.ua

A famous British promoter Frank Warren told that the IBF world champion Fabio Wordley dreamed of a fight with Oleksandr Usyk, but he refused.

“We started the year with the IBF belt holder and we are ending it with the WBO champion. The result is more than positive. Wardley sincerely wanted to fight with Usyk, and I also wanted it, but Oleksandr did not show the desire to fight – everything is simple here. Therefore, he will defend his title at the beginning of next year,” Warren said.

Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career.
