In view of this, it will be quite fair to say that to accept the “concept of development of international cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports” means to create not only an ideological basis for the development of international cooperation, but also to develop a kind of plan of action, the implementation of which will ensure qualitatively improve the relevant institute.
